At Producer K ("Company,""we,""our,"or"us"), we are committed to providing
high-quality music production and creative services. Because our services involve custom
creative work, time, and labor, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
1. Service-Based Purchases
All purchases made through our website are for professional creative services, including but not
limited to:
● Music production
● Songwriting
● Beat production
● Recording services
● Mixing and mastering
● Vocal production
● Album or EP production
● Artist development
● Creative consulting
● Digital audio deliverables
As these services are customized specifically for each client, refunds are subject to the terms
below.
2. Deposits
Any deposit or booking fee paid to reserve studio time, production time, consultation, or creative
services is non-refundable .
Deposits secure scheduling and compensate for time reserved exclusively for your project.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
● work has not yet begun on your project; and
● you submit a written cancellation request before production starts.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once production, songwriting, recording, editing, mixing, mastering, or any other creative work
has begun, payments become non-refundable.
4. Custom Creative Work
Because every project is uniquely created for each client, we cannot offer refunds based on:
● Change of mind
● Personal preference
● Creative differences
● Dissatisfaction with artistic style
● Cancellation after work has started
● Failure to provide requested project materials
● Delayed responses from the client
● Unused studio time or consultation time
Creative services involve significant labor and intellectual property that cannot be returned once
delivered.
5. Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time.
However:
● If work has not started, eligible payments may be refunded according to Section 3.
● If work has already begun, payment for completed work and time invested remains non-refundable.
● Any outstanding balance for completed milestones remains due.
6. Revisions
We strive for complete client satisfaction.
Most services include a specified number of revisions as outlined in your proposal, invoice,
quotation, or service agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.
7. Missed Sessions
If you miss a scheduled recording session, consultation, production meeting, or other
appointment without prior notice, your booking fee may be forfeited.
Whenever possible, rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before your
scheduled appointment.
8. Technical Issues
If we are unable to provide the purchased service due to a technical issue caused solely by us,
we may, at our sole discretion:
● Reschedule the service;
● Provide a service credit; or
● Issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.
9. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error,
please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded promptly.
10. Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a payment
dispute or chargeback.
We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of future
services.
11. How to Request a Refund
