3. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
A project is not considered confirmed until payment (or any required deposit) has been
received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
● Deposits are non-refundable.
● Remaining balances must be paid according to your invoice or agreement.
● Final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding balances have been paid.
4. Project Timeline
Estimated completion dates are provided for planning purposes only.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

● client response time
● revision requests
● technical issues
● scheduling availability
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed communication
from the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
● provide accurate project information;
● submit requested materials in a timely manner;
● ensure that you own or have permission to use any music, vocals, lyrics, samples,
artwork, or other content you provide;
● review deliverables promptly;
● communicate revision requests clearly.
Failure to provide necessary materials may delay your project.
6. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in your proposal or service agreement, each project includes a
reasonable number of revisions.
Additional revisions or substantial changes outside the original project scope may incur
additional fees.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All project files, recordings, beats, stems, instrumentals, mixes, masters, artwork, compositions,
and other creative materials remain the property of Producer K until payment
has been received in full.
Upon full payment, ownership or licensing rights will transfer only as specifically stated in your
invoice, proposal, or written agreement.
Nothing in these Terms automatically transfers copyrights, publishing rights, trademarks, or
other intellectual property unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. Client Content
You represent and warrant that any content you submit—including vocals, lyrics, recordings,
artwork, samples, or other materials—does not infringe the rights of any third party.You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from materials you
provide.
9. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display completed projects, excerpts, artwork, audio
samples, artist names, or other completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, or
marketing materials.
If confidentiality has been agreed upon in writing, we will honor those obligations.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Once creative work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may integrate with or link to third-party platforms including payment processors,
cloud storage providers, streaming services, and social media platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services.

You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Producer K shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of our

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the
claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Producer K , its owners,
employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or
